How to enter
Getting involved is simple:
- Choose your favourite drone image – use your drone to capture an image. It can be of any subject or place of interest, so feel free to get creative and really think outside of the box. Don’t worry, you can submit multiple competition entries if you really cannot choose just one image to enter!
- Share on social media – post your image on Facebook, X or Instagram.
- Tag Coverdrone – make sure to tag @Coverdrone in your post so we can see your entry, and use the hashtag #CoverdroneWPDCompetition
And that’s it! We did tell you it was simple!
We’re accepting submissions until Wednesday 14th August. The Coverdrone Team will then choose their favourite image from all entries submitted after the closing date and announce the winner on World Photography Day (Monday 19th August).
Terms and conditions apply.
What is World Photography Day?
World Photography Day, celebrated on August 19th each year, marks the invention of the daguerreotype in 1837, an early photographic process invented by French artist and chemist Louis Daguerre. This day honours the art, craft, and history of photography, encouraging photographers worldwide to share their work, explore new techniques, and celebrate the power of photography to capture moments and tell stories.
