We’re pleased to announce that we have been named as the ‘Insurer of the Year’ at the 2023 Modern Claims Awards.
The Modern Claims Awards, held at the impressive Rum Warehouse in Liverpool on Thursday 27th April, were designed to recognise and celebrate excellence in the world of insurance claims.

This award is credit to our fantastic Claims Team who work so hard to support our customers following a claim, helping them to achieve a quick settlement.”
This follows on from our other recent award successes, where we were crowned winners of the ‘Commercial Lines Insurer of the Year’ award at the 2023 National Insurance Awards, received the 2023 Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award and were highly commended at the 2023 Insurance CX Awards.
